Aviation Service in Yap

Our aviation base in Yap is certified under FAA Part 135 and the aircraft are all twin engine aircraft. The islands we fly to are a minimum of 100 NM over open ocean and so we rely on the safety of the multi-engine aircraft to get us to and from our destinations safely. We operate two Beechcraft Queen Airs and two Britten-Norman Islanders out of our Yap base.

Flight Schedule

PMA is an on-demand flight service for the islands. We plan to fly every Monday and Friday to Ultihi Atoll and maybe twice a month to Fais Island. We will increase or decrease the amount of flights depending on the demand. Summer and Christmas are our busiest seasons, with the Micronesians travelling back to their homes after school is out, and also people visiting the islands from outside Micronesia. We are also available for Charter services.
