Petrus and Queen caught the vision to reach their own people for Christ and count it a privilege to share the Word of God and humbled that God has called them to serve full time to grow the young PMF Outer-island church in Yap.
Pray for Petrus and Queen as they continue to minister in Yap with weekly home and hospital visitations, Bible studies, prayer meeting and worship services. They now have a weekly outreach in the island of Ulithi where they disciple men, women and children to be Christ followers.
Sylvia Kunz was born in California of German parentage. Together with her brother and sister, she was raised to know Christ and love Him. She accepted the Lord Jesus at age 11 and at age 13, she knew she wanted to become a registered nurse. Brought together by the hand of God, Sylvia is a faithful helpmate to Nob in many ways: wife, mother, nurse, Bible Study Leader, and Sunday school teacher. She also oversees PMA"s Good News Press and serves in the Field Office. She is also hostess to many who visit PMA from around the world. She has served PMA since 1987.
I graduated from Ebenezer Bible College and Seminary in 2005 with a BA in Theology and served as a Youth Pastor with Christian and Missionary Alliance in the Philippines from 2005 – 2009. In 2012, I was called to serve as a missionary with PMA Palau where I served as a Youth Pastor until 2014. Later that year, I returned to the Philippines to marry the love of my life, Dadine. After our marriage, we served in a local church until I was called to serve full-time with PMA Philippines in Pastoral Care and Development. I currently oversee all the PMA/PMF pastors in the isolated villages and islands where they serve, ensuring their care, growth, training, and development.
My Life’s Verse is in Galatians 6:9 "Do not grow weary in doing good for at the proper time we will reap the harvest if we do not give up"
My Life Goal: to Know Christ and to serve Him with all my life, faithfully.
