The radio station and antenna are located in the village of Ninseitamw, Kolonia
on the Island of Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia.

The short-wave signal reaches the surrounding Micronesian Islands within a radius of 500 - 1,000 miles - an area that covers the islands of Chuuk, the outer-islands of Pohnpei and Kosrae, home to about 80,000 islanders. Chuuk, Pohnpei, Kosrae and Yap are states of the Federated States of Micronesia.
In addition, the area covers the western islands of the Marshalls, where about 60,000 island people live.

The FM signal reaches the Island of Pohnpei, home of about 35,000 islanders.
